Payment: Payment for dance courses and master classes must be made in advance through the online payment platform available on our website. Cash payments or other forms of payment will not be accepted.

Cancellations: If a customer wishes to cancel their dance course or master class, it must be done with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. In this case, the payment amount will be refunded, less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded.

Date Changes: If a customer needs to change the date of their dance course or master class, they must notify us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. One free date change per customer will be allowed. If additional date changes are requested, a 10% administrative fee will be charged.

Absences: No refunds will be given for absences or non-attendance to dance courses or master classes.

Liability: The company BailaBodaBarcelona is not responsible for injuries or accidents that may occur during dance courses or master classes. Customers must sign a liability waiver before starting the course.
